I had my motorcycle serviced about three times. Two new tires and a battery. I have to say that everyone at the service desk are very kind, knowledgeable and professional. However, I have to say something about one person in particular. His name is Bob. When I come into the service department, he calls me by my first name as soon as I walk in. He says Greg, I will be right with you. I dont have to have my motorcycle serviced that much. I have no idea how he remembers my name every time I come in. He gets my bike right in and fixes it on my schedule. I know the service department cannot always do that, but Bob usually gets my bike done right away. Moreover, Bob and everyone in your service department are so enjoyable to speak with, I only bring my bike to Old School Harley Davidson. Your entire service department truly goes beyond their duties. I will be buying my third Harley Davidson from Old School in 2020. Everyone in your dealership helps to sell your bikes.
